Terms of Use

Dreamlet Games · Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms cover every Dreamlet Games app (Snowman Summer, Hill Shaper, Shade Day and Boat to Goat) and this website. "We" and "us" means Dreamlet Games. By installing or playing one of our games you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. We keep them short and in plain words.

Playing our games

Our games are free. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to install them and play them on devices you own or control, for your own fun and not for business. The games, their art, music, characters and names belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy, sell, rent or change the games, or take them apart to get at their code, except where the law of your country lets you.

The record board in Snowman Summer

Snowman Summer has an online record board. Putting your name on it is optional, and you can play without it.

Nicknames

Your nickname is shown to every player, so it has to be fine for everyone to see. A nickname must be 2 to 14 characters long and must not:

The game turns down some words by itself, but no filter catches everything. We may remove or replace any nickname that breaks these rules, at any time and without warning. Please do not use your own real name if you do not want it shown.

Fair play

Scores on the board must come from real play of the unchanged game. Changed or hacked versions of the game, tools that play for you, sending scores you did not earn, and using a bug on purpose to raise your score are not allowed. We may remove such scores, take a player off the board, or stop a player ID from sending scores. To keep the board working we may also correct or reset it, in part or in full. The weekly board starts again every Monday.

Reporting

If you see a nickname or a score that breaks these rules, write to support@dreamletgames.com with the nickname and the game. We look at every report.

Changes to the games

We keep working on our games, so things in them may change, be added or be taken away, and some updates may be needed to keep playing. The online record board may sometimes be unavailable, and one day it may be closed. We will try to tell players in good time before closing it.

Purchases and ads

Our games have no purchases and no ads at this time. If this changes, these terms will be updated first.

No guarantees

We make our games with care, but they are given "as is": we cannot promise they will always work, have no mistakes, or keep your scores and progress forever. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using or not being able to use our games, such as lost progress or lost scores.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, or limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.

App stores

The store you got the game from has its own terms, and they apply too. If you got a game from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to it, and where it and these terms differ, Apple's agreement wins for that game. The stores do not make our games and are not responsible for them; questions and problems come to us.

Children

Our games are suitable for all ages. If a young player is below the age at which they can agree to terms like these where they live, a parent or guardian should read them and agree for them, and help them choose a nickname that does not say who they are.

Your data

What each game collects, and how to have it removed, is in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest change, and important changes will also be shown in the game or on this website. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game.
